Louisa Harding Sari Ribbon Sampler. Using same pattern as KYO Gorgeous handbag below. 5.5mm, started on Bamboo, moving to Metal:
I fell in love with the new Louisa Harding Yarns on sight… I bought 3 skeins of this and the Kimono Ribbon just to see what it as like. I cast on 36st on some Addi Bamboos, and the first 3 rows of fabric whispered “Make me into another KYO bag…” to me. So, I am! The bamboos were too catchy for the yarn, so I transfered it to Metals, and it flew off of the needles! I love the texture of the fabric, and it ended up a cute spangly evening bag. I still have to line it though!
