Easy cut-and-paste bit if you want to propagate the meme:

Secret pal yumminess.

OK, Under my desk at work is the Final Parcel for my Spoilee. Must get that to the PO today! Then, I can tell you all who I was spoiling. 🙂

As to who was Spoiling me? Well, I don’t know yet, and to tell the truth, I was gettting rather worried. My Spoiler went MIA after my Birthday. No e-mails, cards, or any contact at all. 🙁 Thought I was all unloved, and I even e-mailed my Hostess on the 3rd, asking for an Angel. However, and as these things happen, I got an e-mail from my Spoiler not 20 minutes after I wrote to my hostess! She apologisied, explained that she had been rather ill, and told me to expect some Gifites to make up for things!

So, I waited, and Lo! After a very short time, a bag full of Marvelously wrapped parcels did turn up at the Post office for me!

I have a tradition of opening the smallest thing first, the little silver wrapped package contained this: How pretty! Smoky Quarz in .925 Sterling Silver. I had an Effort not to make the Flash flare, but hopefully, you get to see what I see! 🙂

The Red parcel contained these: So, if I ever want to have a go at some intarsia, I’m all set! 🙂

The Purple package contained this: and which I’m sure my yarn and my hair will appreciate!

The Brown package contained this: which is very floral and yummy.

The Blue parcel had some lovely fun in: so my needles are all protected, loved and hugged! 🙂

And last but not least, the Big Gold one contained some of the yummiest yarn I’ve seen in a while! Not quite sure what this is saying it wants to be, but it is certainly something to get showed off! It is all sparkly and slubby, an 80% Polyester, 20% Mohair mix.

She also said that my last parcel, with the reveal in it is due at the end of this week.. I honestly can’t wait! 🙂

I’ve signed up for SP7 as well, and thought, as I would have to do the questionaire again, I woud make it into a permenant page… So if anyone want to read it, that is here:

I wanted some ‘Knitting Jewelry’

After all, Plastic Stitchmarkers are just plain boring, aren’t they!

However, because I tend to use needles of the chunky variety, none of the people that make and sell jewelry type markers seem to make ones with rings big enough for my needles!

So, being a crafty individual, I did some research about how to make them, bought far too much stuff (as I’m wont to do!) and made a load of very pretty things!!!

I love the way they have heft and substance, are pretty to look at, glide over the needles and generally sooth my soul when I use them (Well, they don’t ping off the needles like the little plastic rings do! Far less stress.)

Talking to others, I also discovered that I’m not the only person that wanted bigger ringed knitting jewelery, and craft individuality. Which is lucky, because I bought rather a large amount of supplies!

Take a look here to see and buy my handywork!

Oh, I’ve got to apologise to people as well…

I know, you firefox users have been without me for 3 days. When I added the Haloscan comment stuff, the Java broke my feed. 🙁

I’ve fixed that now, so leave me a message! 🙂

I’ve added Commenting to my WIP page as well, so you can also tell me what you think of my pretty things!

Oh, and I’ve also added a new Picture Gallery. Go Here:
to find it. It is all from my holiday in Dijon.
